The decor of this resort was phenomenal . The rooms were beautiful, Spacious and decorated exquisitely . We needed to organise a bus to get to Ninh Binh and the staff member Nguyen Phuong went out of her way organising everything for us and even turned up at where we had to meet the bus to ensure we got away alright. The Melia is very lucky to have her on staff. Also the buffet breakfast was the best I have ever seen. So much choice of food and everything so beautifully presented.

Positives - Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, including the driver who went above and beyond to take us to my wife's grandmother 90 minutes away deep in the countryside - Amazing location on a ruggedly beautiful beach, just 20-25 minutes from the airport and Vinh - Beautiful view from the room, which was also a great size and value - Very clean and comfortable - Top quality breakfast buffet!

Fabulous view from balcony of Ocean View room, large room with large bathroom having both bath and separate shower. Beautiful, clean and large pool. Well kept with very comfortable loungers. Smiling and friendly staff.

Excellent room. Really big. We were there during the quiet season so there’s not much around but staff were great. We had an issue with a light not turning off in our room but it was solved immediately.

the bed is super comfortable. I slept like a baby. Personal super friendly and nice lobby with huge area. Gym is really usefull.

Amazing facilities and great staff. Breakfast and room service were delicious. Upgraded to room with a nicer view for free.

The hotels location is perfect and right next to Vinewonders. Beds are very comfy and breakfast was nice. Was a 10/10 experience.

Travelled by motorbike from Phong Nha and went to the wrong Melia 40 kms away, who gave us water and sports drink and sent us on our way. Wonderful experience at both Melia hotels, highly recommend.
